FRANZ BAKERY

We had the privilege of working with Franz Bakery to update the refrigeration equipment at their Portland Facility.
To facilitate budget and production needs, we replaced their existing equipment in two stages; Phase 1 included the installation of a 120 HP Remote Air Cooled System. Phase 2 of this project involved the installation of 2 EA 80 HP Remote Air Cooled Systems.
Each system was equipped with our CR-110 microprocessor controller.
High efficiency Horizon circuited air cooled condensers were also supplied with each system.
Universal Refrigeration Inc. did a great job with the installation of the equipment. We were very pleased to work with them again at Franz’s newest facility in Eugene, Oregon too. Hopefully we will be featuring their newest system on this site after start up later this year.
